Add support for listing only the extensions that have been installed directly

With XWIKI-10323 the user should be able to see which extensions have been installed directly (explicitly by him or another user) and which have been installed indirectly / automatically (by the Extension Manager) as dependencies. This issue is about letting the user see / filter the first category: explicitly installed extensions.
