When a user is deleted its associated Classloader, ComponentManager and extensions are not deleted

Should probably be done in com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.rightsmanager.RightsManagerListener. It's not very visible now because Extension Manager UI does not provide a way to install an extension on user namespace but some components like wiki macros and ui extensions have a user scope.
