Unable to add dashboard gadgets

    Description

      Since upgrading to 6.4.2, dashboard gadgets appear to be broken. When I click the 'add gadget' button, I get the following in my javascript log:

      Uncaught ReferenceError: createGadgetWizardConfig is not defined

      I am attaching a screenshot because it's impossible to copy and paste my javascript log in a readable fashion.
