Public XWiki#renderText only work with xwiki/1.0 content

This method directly use old rendering API so it can only really work with xwiki/1.0.

Same thing for renderChunk which is using renderText.

All that should be move to legacy since it's unusable for anything else than xwiki/1.0 and nobody complained.
