Upgradable Default XWiki

An Upgradable default Wiki means a simpler default XWiki that can be improved depending of the needs of the user:

• simple with plain wiki, no menu, simple skin, user and groups
• adding a menu
• changing the skin
• adding base applications (blog, photos, presentation)

This means we need the XWiki applications packages finished with great wiki interface integration. We also need a skin and application gallery on xwiki.com.
