Remove the word 'Home' from the homepage title of created apps

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an application
2. Give it a name. For example: My app
3. After completing all the steps, check its homepage.

You'll see that the homepage title is : My app Home.
We should remove the word 'Home'.
