Allow accessing the mime body part after it's been added from scripting

This could be useful for setting/getting headers for example.

Btw, most body part factory will honour the "headers" parameters and with this change, it's no longer required, we should decide at some point if we wish to drop the support for it (we need to decide rather sooner than later).
