    Description

      Rationale:

      • When an admin goes to the Admin Mail UI he/she can know who started sending mails and warn them if an error occurred for example

      In the future, it would also be nice to add a Mail Status Admin UI in user's profile pages, listing only statuses for mails sent by the user, see XWIKI-12105
