Add macro description + parameter description in WYSIWYG editor when adding a macro

Architecture:

• The descriptions should be made available in the dialog box for adding a macro in the WYSIWYG editor BUT also they need to be accessible from the XWiki API somehow. This will allow us to auto document macros easily on xwiki.org without having to duplicate the information.
