FAQ entries are parsed with the sheet syntax

To reproduce:

• Install the FAQ app
• Create a FAQ entry and set the page syntax to be XWiki Syntax 2.1
• Put a link with an anchor such as [[label>>||anchor="HTest"]]
• Save and verify that the rendered link doesn't have the anchor (because it's using XWiki Syntax 2.0).

This is because the sheet copy/paste the answer field content instead of using the displayer.
