Sort the list of available template providers

The list of currently available template providers displayed in Administration > Content > Templates is not sorted in the query so it defaults to last changed time. The effect is that items can jump back and forward in the list which might be confusing for users.

The proposal is to simply add an ORDER BY doc.fullName clause in the query which would make things much more predictable.
