Add extension points in the "create page" UI and action to add other types of pages

    Description

      We need to add extension points to dynamically add new "types" in the create form. This extension point could come with custom javascript/css too.

      Currently, the "page from office" type is hard-coded in the create template and this is wrong.

      Also, we may need a java extension point in the CreateAction: when some "type" is selected by the user, the corresponding component could be triggered.
