TimeZone custom displayer's code is never updated

    Description

      Hello,

      When a new account is registered on myxwiki.org, time zone field display $value.
      To reproduce: create a new account on:
      http://www.myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/register/XWiki/Register
      (Typing 5 times wrong captcha )
      Validate and login on new account profil.
      You can watch problem here:
      http://www.myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/Test?category=preferences
      If I edit my profile, Time zone have correct value.
      The issue appear only on fresh new account.
