Location link titles in Activity Stream not displaying properly for Nested Spaces

While hovering the link of a page displayed in Activity Stream, the link title shows the full location of the page.

However, XWIKI-12323 missed to adapt these titles as well, since they are not properly separating the spaces and treating them as one big (dot separated) space.
