saveandcontinue space is created when xwiki.showviewaction=0

When using xwiki.showviewaction=0 to shorten URLs, I noticed several problems in fresh new xwiki 7.2 installation with Oracle DB.

First, after installing, I login as an Admin and I try to change the language of xwiki in localization preferences to sk-sk. Hit save and nothing happen, the language doesn't change and no error is logged.

Sencond, In My Recent Modifications I can see the link to XWiki preferences that I've recently tried to change, but the link doesn't work, The link looks like this http://myxwiki/bin/saveandcontinue/XWiki/XWikiPreferences.
It looks there is a strange new saveandcontinue space, which I have not seen before. The clear picture what happend can be seen in page tree, which I've attached.
