Plain text content alterer doesn't clean non-breakable spaces so annotation creation fails

When the selection / context contains a non-breakable space, it is not cleaned up by the PlainTextContentAlterer so the selection cannot be mapped on the document source, so the annotation creation fails.
To reproduce, use the following wiki source

a** b** c

and try to annotate "a b".
