When exporting the extension history the file name should include the current wiki name and the current date

The Extension History export is currently generating a file with the name "extensionHistory.xml". Most of the time you want to associate the generated file with the wiki where the history comes from, and it's also useful to know when the history 'snapshot' was taken.
