      Steps to reproduce:

      • go to Wiki Admin
      • click on "EMAIL" in the section subnavigation
      • click e.g. on "General" in the content area (it works in the left section navigation

      Link points to /xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=emailGeneral - seemingly the '&' has been HTML-encoded one time too often.
