Remove the mapping of the syntax id to numbers in the syntax help

In the XWiki.XWikiSyntax page the wanted syntax of the documentation is passed in from the request as e.g. syntax=2.1. This is first converted into a (floating point) number 2.1 before it is converted back intro a syntax id xwiki/2.1.
Better pass around the full syntax id.
