Btn-default-border does not apply the change

    Description

      1. Install 7.3 version and login with Admin.
      2. Go to /xwiki/bin/edit/FlamingoThemes/Charcoal and click on Buttons.
      3. Set a color for @btn-default-border (this function should change the border of the "cancel" button in the comments panel).

      Actual result:
      No change apllied.
