The icon theme is not applied

The icon theme application does not seems to work at all.
The theme choose in the preference is not used.
The alias for the silk icons are not applied.

Step to reproduce:
1) import the attached page in the wiki and display it
2) play with the settings

Only silk icons are displayed, and only the compatibility one and those with exact same name as the native names is displayed properly.
