Handle document overwrites when creating a new document from a template hierarchy

Currently, if a document already exists under the path of the new document, at the same location where a document from the template hierarchy will be copied, the old document is overwritten.

We need support at the job level and UI level for the user to be asked an overwrite question and to be able to answer such a question.
