Description
When upgrading an instance it would be nice to display the release notes in the wiki. Several options:
1) Add a DW step that displays the Release Notes. Pros: easy to add. Cons: only Admin will see it
2) Add the Tour application by default in XE and allow providing release notes in the Tour application to show what's new.
