The parent-child hierarchy is lost when a page is renamed

    Description

      Right now if you use core.hierarchyMode=parentchild and you rename a page you loose the hierarchy which is not normal.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create page A and, from A, create page B (i.e. A.B).
      2. Rename A to C with "Affect 1 child"-checked.
      3. Go to C.B, edit in wiki mode, check the output of 

      {{velocity}}$doc.parent{{/velocity}}

      which will still display A.WebHome instead of C.WebHome.
