javascript for editors is loaded unnecessarily

XWiki supports a growing list of editors, yet provides no mechanism of compartmentalizing their code (as far as I can tell).

When I write an extension to be used with CKEditor, that code is loaded for all editors. It's possible to prevent that code from loading additional code, but it needs to be done within the extension itself.

It would be nice to have a way to specify that some code should only be loaded under certain circumstances.
