Need restart of XWiki for the VFS Attach driver to work

To reproduce:

• Install XWiki 7.4.2
• Install the VFS Macro at farm level
• Try to use one example from http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/VFS+API and notice it fails
• Restart XWiki
• It now works
