Implement a space rights inheritance mechanism

Allow to have a space inherits its access rights from another space, with a "parent" field in XWiki.XWikiPreferences. When checking rights, the security manager then refers to this parent space if not empty. We can imagine an optional overriding system that make the access rights entries of the actual space stronger than the one inherited from the parent.
