Image with width parameter set ends up to not show eventually after several edits or page reload

Edit a page in Wiki mode and add the following content :

[[[[image:testimage.jpg||width="150"]]>>http://www.xwiki.org/||rel="__blank"]]

image should be attached to the page as attachment .

View page in view mode the image appears then reload or edit the page for several times the image disappears . Inspecting the html code shows that it adds several &width=150 to the request .
