Speed up resolution of known flavors by indicating them in the environment extension

Finding valid flavors is a slow process (especially finding the right version) but for some flavors we already know which version is the right one (default platform flavor and XE UI for example) so we could simply tell it in the pom.xml of the war for example (the "environment extension" where we put distribution related information).
