Invalid skin doesn't fallback on default base skin (flamingo)

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • go to administration, presentation, and set skin to an invalid document or skin name

      Result:

      • most page are blank
      • admin page return a "you cannot do this action"

      Expected:

      • fallback to the default base skin (flamingo)
