Description
There are wiki macros that have parameters that are no longer used, such as the Include macro or the documents macro (whose space parameter, even if not really deprecated, no longer makes sense with nested spaces). However, these parameters are still displayed in the macro wizard in the wysiwyg and in the gadget wizard when adding a gadget to a dashboard (it's the same code doing both).
Expected result:
These parameters should not longer be displayed in the wizard, as it is confusing for the user, or should at least be marked as deprecated and their usage discouraged. An exception should be the case when such a parameter has a value, in which case we need to make sure we display it in the wizard to allow to remove that value and set it to a non-deprecated parameter.
