UI to copy/move/rename attachments from one page to another

    Description

      We are lacking critical UI when handling attachments in a page. The only thing we can do now is add or delete attachments to/from a page.

      What we are lacking is:

      • ability to rename an existing attachment
      • ability to copy an attachment from the current page to a different page
      • ability to move an attachment from the current page to a different page
      • bulk operations

      We probably need some API changes as well to support these UI improvements.
