The default value for the 'Terminal Page' property of a Template Provider is set to Terminal

Reproduce:

• As advanced user, create a Template provider (in my case I've used the Object Editor) and leave the 'terminal' property to the default value '---'
• I would have expected the default value to not be Terminal, since we deprecated the concept
• The bug is that there are 2 places where the default value is computed, one set the value to Terminal

Problem (acording to Edy): isTerminal() property is badly computed in the create page UI
