Navigation panel does not work in French

I just upgraded to 8.2 (from 8.1) and ended with navigation panel on the left but it's totally empty. My wiki is a single language wiki with "fr" as default language.

Putting blocker since this panel is a one you get by default now so not very nice.

I upgraded a "en" wiki the same way and it worked well.
