HTML special characters appear encoded in the application home page title

Follow this steps to reproduce:

• Create an application with AppWithinMinutes using the name "one>two<three"
• Go through all the steps of the application wizard
• At the end you are taken to the application home page

The title displayed on the application home page is:

"one>two<three"

As you can see HTML special characters are appear encoded.
