Wiki descriptor section from administration gives error on saving after changing owner

Steps to reproduce :

• Create with Admin a wiki
• Register a new local user on this wiki
• With Admin user from Administration - Wikis - Descriptor delete the old owner and add the new local user as new owner
• Log out and log in with the new owner and go to Administration - Wikis - Descriptor and try to save the page it will through :
  "Failed to save page .Reason : owner and homepage are required fields . "

Also the field owner disappears from page . See attach .
