Detecting just "top level" display macro usages

In edit mode, there is the "Included pages" section. Currently it lists just "top level" usages. If the display call is nested, like under a html with wiki="true" is not listed, see image. I would have expected to see all 3 referenced pages in the "Included pages" section.
