Remove GWT WYSIWYG Editor + GWT Services

    Description

      The rationale is that we're now using CKEditor and moving away from our GWT Editor which we've deprecated. The idea is to no longer have it by default in XWiki 9.0+.

      Similarly the idea is to get rid of the GWT Services that was mostly used for the GWT Editor.

      Ideally we should move those 2 items in xwiki-contrib.
