    Description

      Various features would need to make the difference between a document renamed and a document deleted/created.

      The idea is to introduce a DocumentRenamingEvent (implementing BeginFoldEvent) and DocumentRenamedEvent sent around delete/copy event generated by the actual rename. That way any listener can ask ObservationContext receiving a document deleted event if it's actually a document rename.
