Be able to set a Template as the default template

    Description

      Hello,

      With xwiki 8.2.1 when we create a new page, we have some predefined templates: blog post, dashboard and default one: "blank page".

      I can not modify this one or add a new template and make it default.

      (anyways I can only modify ./templates/createinline.vm file for this feature)
