Many classes have the wrong TextArea content type

TextArea setup is quite a mess which does not make it easy to understand (XWIKI-13743 did not help either...).

There is both content type and editor type and they can be in conflict but it can be summarized the following way:

• editor type: control how the edit mode should interpret the content
• content type: control how the view mode should interpret the content
