Introduce a new Context macro parameter to control the execution environment for macros inside it

This is a follow-up of XWIKI-13734.

We also need to execute transformations on the referenced document's XDOM so that, for example, the TOC macro, when executed, can see the XDOM generated by macros...

However since it can have side effects, the idea is to make it optional through a new macro parameter
