Provide a way to filter templates in the creation step

    Description

      If we keep adding templates inside platform it will be harder and harder to group then and filter them.

      We should provide a filter at the top, in order to filter by name.
      Another idea would be to provide categories (just like we have for panels and editor macros). The filtering should allow the selection of a particular category.
