Wiki creation should not force deleting the wiki when there is no blocker error

    Description

      You can often end up with the only choice being to deleted your wiki (from UI point of view) even if the wiki was properly copied. For example if some listener produce error log for any reason.

      It should be proposed to deleted the wiki only if the wiki copy job itself failed.
