Overwriting translations when creating two apps in different locations, but with the same names.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an app with a generic name (i.e. Analysis);
2. Introduce column headers;
3. Create another app in a different location with the same name (Analysis);
4. Introduce different column headers;
5. The translations of the second app will be overwritten by the ones from the first app;

Example:
First app -> analysis.livetable.shortText1=Month
Second app ->analysis.livetable.shortText1=Contact name
