Selection of the creation restrictions locations for template providers is using document names, not titles

How to reproduce:

• create a template provider on a wiki
• in the "Creations restrictions" input, type "Home" (which is the default title of the Main space)
  • no suggestions are displayed, saving with this value will actually save "Home"
• type "Main" instead, it will display suggestions and be used properly to restrict to "Main" space

This is particularily confusing since, after saving, in view mode, the titles of the selected spaces are being displayed, not their names (e.g. see the screenshots from isue XWIKI-13908 ). Also, the other element in this form that allows to select locations, the visibility restrictions property, is proposing a selector based on document titles, not document names.
