Left Navigation Rendered Incorrectly

During the usage of certain apps such as Calendar, File Manager, user data is produced in a hierarchy relationship (e.g. Calendar app contains multiple calendars, each contains multiple events. Likewise, each folder in File Manager might contain multiple files or sub-directories, and so on). When testing with XWiki 8.4.2, this relationship is not reflected correctly in the Left Navigation (e.g. files in sub-folders are incorrectly displayed at top level).
