The headings from the installation instructions are not displayed in the table of contents

If you organize your extension installation instructions in multiple sections, their headings don't appear in the table of contents displayed at the start of the extension documentation page. I noticed this on http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Office+Importer+Application (it should be fixed now).
