Home page configuration in the Wiki Descriptor has no effect on the default page URL

Steps to reproduce:

• Launch a new xwiki locally (port 8080)
• Go to Wiki Index
• Edit the wiki descriptor of the "Home" wiki
• Go to edit mode
• Change the "homepage" field to "Sandbox.WebHome"
• Save the descriptor
• Click on the "home" icon in the breadcrumb
• You reach the Sandbox page as expected
• Now type the url: http://localhost:8080/xwiki
  -> you are redirected to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/ instead of http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Sandbox.
