    Description

      The mail template system should force external URLs.

      This is a regression compared to the old mail sender plugin. See https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-mailsender/src/main/java/com/xpn/xwiki/plugin/mailsender/MailSenderPlugin.java#L808.
